EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5+ experience on managing housekeeping and laundries on cruise ships and / or private yachts or luxury hotels or large private estates. Fluent in English.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a team of +/- 100 staff.  That includes all house hold team and laundry staff.
• The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Maintain a very good communication with other departments to encourage immediate reports of defects, changes or anything that can affect the general operations of the estate.
• Ordering and controlling the inventory of all the cleaning products, linen, toiletries, cleaning consumables, equipment.
• Quality control of all your areas and doing daily rounds of the estate.
• Laundry:  responsible for all the family and guest’s laundry and linen.  Staff uniforms and linen.
• Controlling all the store rooms and making sure they are always in a very tidy and clean condition.
• Good communications, organization and diplomacy
• Setting schedules for housekeeping

SALARY/PACKAGE

7,000-8,000 Per month
Live out – Apartment organized and paid by employer

2 months vacations PA.
