Description
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5+ experience on managing housekeeping and laundries on cruise ships and / or private yachts or luxury hotels or large private estates. Fluent in English.
NATIONALITY: European only
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Managing a team of +/- 100 staff. That includes all house hold team and laundry staff.
⢠The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
⢠Maintain a very good communication with other departments to encourage immediate reports of defects, changes or anything that can affect the general operations of the estate.
⢠Ordering and controlling the inventory of all the cleaning products, linen, toiletries, cleaning consumables, equipment.
⢠Quality control of all your areas and doing daily rounds of the estate.
⢠Laundry: responsible for all the family and guestâs laundry and linen. Staff uniforms and linen.
⢠Controlling all the store rooms and making sure they are always in a very tidy and clean condition.
⢠Good communications, organization and diplomacy
⢠Setting schedules for housekeeping
⢠Ability to delegate
⢠Able to quickly adapt to change
⢠Eye for detail
⢠High work ethic/moral standards

SALARY/PACKAGE
7,000-8,000 Per month
Live out â Apartment organized and paid by employer
Medical Insurance
Flight Allowance SAR15,000 PA
2 months vacations PA.
12-Month renewable contract
