Assists the Maitre d' with supervision of the service throughout the dining room

• Coordinates the cloche service between kitchen and the dining room
• Performs tablesida preparations
• Assists with the wine service
• Actively work to achieve higher service standards Including Identify unsatisfied Guests

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

·        minimum two years’ experience as a Head server

Contract length: 4 months on/2 months off
