Remy/Palo Hostess – Disney Cruises 

Assist Managers in organizing guest re&eM1tions in Specialty Restaurants
• Taking dining reservations and answering the phone
• Greet guests at the door, escort them to their table, pull seals and provide menus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inform Chef de Rang Remy that guests have been seated
• Keep in constant communication with the Maitre d' and Restaurant
managers to ensure good guest flow and great service
• Organize, tidy and clean the host desk
• Keep entry doors clean, free of debris and inviting
• Responsible for ensuring consistent communication to Guests

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

·        minimum 1 year of related Host or Hostess experience

Contract length: 8 months on/2 months off
