Manage and deliver all Guest special requests and dietary needs within
section of Dining Room
• Actively work to achieve higher service standard& including identify unsatisfied
Guests; perform Guest service recovery as needed
• Ensure that there are sufficient supplies of restaurant stores and equipment,
and conduct periodic inventories and inspections to ensure correctness and proper storage

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

·        minimum two years’ experience as a Head Server

Contract length: 6 months on/2 months off
