Responsible for the training out the Dining room& Beverage team on wine service and product knowledge

Deliver/supply wine and beverage to Palo team for Guest Service

Monitor all wine service standards

Conduct all Guest wine tasting and wine seminars

HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide wine service in Palo

Ensure proper Guest billing procedures are executed

Monitor accounting procedures

Coordinate Beverage service with Palo Manager

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

·        minimum three years’ experience in wine

Contract length: 6 months on/2 months off
