Position summary
Description
Monitor adherence to
wine service standards
Accountability for all Wine Room Storekeepers and Beverage Crew
Promote salesmanship and revenues
Personal involvement with the service recovery of unsatisfied Guests; identify
and accommodate difficult or demanding Guests
Facilitate wine training for Guests as well as Crew

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support
Beverage Manager in the supervision and day to day running of the
entire Wine and Beverage operation
Focus on cost control
Facilitate department meetings
Facilitate assets management; maintain facilities and equipment in good
working order
Oversee inventory control (par levels); conduct day to day audits to maintain
inventory accuracy
Provide leadership for all direct reports; Responsibilities include, but are
not
limited to:
Managing personnel files
Conducting performance reviews, including discipline as needed
Ensuring Project Onboard compliance
Monitoring STAR, while making necessary corrections
Onboard training, new hire and ongoing
Succession planning
Crew recognition and communication
Minimum experience and qualification
requirements for position:

Minimum three yearsâ experience in a
leadership role in Wine and Beverage management in a multiple outlet operation
Contract length: 4months on/2 months off
