Position summary
Description
Oversee the opening
and closing of all bars as scheduled with the
Beverage Manager
Assist Beverage Manager in ensuring service standards in bars,
monitoring breakage, consumption and inventories, ensure all service
procedures are in compliance with USPH standards, and ensure proper
execution of all special celebrations and occasions in the bars
Personal involvement with the service recovery of unsatisfied Guests;
identify and accommodate difficult or demanding Guests
Monitor bar supplies consumption per location and related sales

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the maintenance of
furniture, equipment and any other article used in the bars thru MMS (Material
Management System)
Actively participate on all Island (Castaway Cay) beverage set up and standards
Responsible for minimizing Crew turn over Coordinate activities and organize
cross utilization of the Staff within all departments
Order and follow up on the replenishing of the equipment needed
Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and/or accident prevention and
develop corrective action strategy and related training
Spot check inventories and supplies for correctness and proper storage in
coordination with the Beverage Manager
Assist Beverage Manager to
periodically review sanitation discrepancies and improvements in the bars
Assist new hires during the process of familiarization and introduction to the
job
Partake in organizing work hours and staff cross utilization
Monitor bar supplies consumption per location and related sales
Spot check the accuracy of the opening and closing hours in the bars and adjust
the opening hours of the facilities as instructed by the Beverage Manager
Facilitate department meetings
Provide leadership for all direct reports; Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
- Managing personnel files
- Conducting performance reviews, including discipline as needed
- Ensuring Project Onboard compliance
- Monitoring STAR, while making necessary corrections
- Onboard training, new hire and ongoing
- Succession planning
- Crew recognition and communication
Minimum experience and qualification
requirements for position:

Minimum three yearsâ experience in a
leadership role in Beverage management within a multiple outlet operation
Contract length: 4months on/2 months off
