Position summary
Description
Responsible for
maintaining cleanliness of work area to USPH
standards.
Breakdown, clean and sanitize, then reassemble coffee/juice machines,
toasters, milk dispensers and all other restaurant equipment to USPH
standards
Assist and take direction from the service team
Vacuum, dust, and conduct general cleaning of restaurant
Coordinate pick up of food stores and ensures proper storage of these
products. i.e. bread for toast, milk, juice coffee products
HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT
LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the organization and
maintenance of the dining room before,
during and after all meals
Assist restaurant staff in the preparation of toast for breakfast &
bread for dinner
Assist restaurant and Galley staff in coordination of meal count
Inspect furniture and equipment and reports discrepancies
Work shipboard buffets and on Castaway Cay, pulling provisions from
hotel stores, running silverware, linens and dishes, carrying large, heavy
trays of dirty dishes to dishwashing room, and any other task assigned
by the Management team
Assist service team as directed by Asst. Restaurant Manager
Minimum experience and qualification
requirements for position:

Minimum one year experience in a
role within the food and beverage industry
Contract length: 8 months on/2 months off
